Joe Schmidt, Co-Founder

Joe Schmidt has been building businesses around customer experience for the past two decades.  He was the co-founder of Canvas on Demand, leading the company from a startup to the Inc 500 list of fastest growing companies.   Canvas on Demand was later acquired by Cafe Press and Joe grew the company to $200M as their CMO.  He’s also been a hands-on investor in many successful companies include Southtree, FilterEasy, and Ice.com.

How do you assess if we're a fit for partnership?

We require primarily two things:   1. Access to your relevant support tools. This includes your ticketing system, your phone system, live chat, and any miscellaneous custom reporting you may keep helping manage your business.  2. A couple of answers to a short questionnaire about your current support operation that can be finished, normally in about 3-5 minutes.

How do I know my company information is secure and kept private?

We have the strict security protocols in both how we manage your system credentials and customer information. We also don’t get started until we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (MNDA) so your legal team can remain stress-free.
